BEFORE YOU BOOK

Read Our Policies

1. All bookings require a 20% deposit. Full payment is due 14 days before the event.

 

2. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 29 days or less before the event can be rescheduled one time. If you do not wish to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.

​

2. ALL PARTICIPANTS must submit an electronically signed RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM on our website before they can interact with any of the animals in the Reptile Education Program.

​

3. All package prices are shown before taxes and will include a 7% county/state surtax at the time of booking.

​

4. Reptilia Rock is based in St. Lucie County but serves clients from Palm Bay to West Palm Beach, Florida. For services outside of St. Lucie County, we charge an additional travel fee which we include in the price for each package listed under each county. Prices vary based on service location, so please select the county where your event will be held.

5. If you or someone in your party is not feeling well, we ask that you stay home for the safety of our crew and animals.

 

6. For any event of 4 hours or more, please contact us for pricing.

7. We offer a 15% discount to individuals and organizations that serve our local and national communities. Use one of the promo codes below at checkout.
